What We Offer.

All support by PleaseHelp.eu is provided on an individual basis by the team of highly knowledgeable and experienced bilingual professionals.

Visa.

The first big step of your relocation can be getting a VISA. We help you preparing your file, fixing the appointment, communicating with the consulate whatever your category of VISA is (visiteur, talent…). After your arrival in France, you will need to get the Titre de Séjour, which is the renewal of your VISA.

We fix the appointment with the Préfecture (your regional administrative hub where a lot of procedures are done) and prepare the file for you so that you just have to print it, sign some forms and documents and you are ready to go!
Your drivers licence also may need to be exchanged for a French one (if there is an agreement with the country which issued it and France).

Tax.

France is also known as a country with a multitude of taxes, and this is true: if you are homeowner (Taxe Foncière), tenant (Taxe d’habitation), self-employed (Cotisation foncière des entreprises, impôts sur le revenus…), each situation has its own types of taxes. We are here to help you understand your tax liability and communicate with the tax office.
If your project is opening some gites (rental properties) or chambres d’hôtes (bed and breakfast) , we help you creating your company, doing the quarterly and annual income declarations and translating all the documentation you will receive.
As long as your country of living is France, you need to do a tax return every year. This may be complicated as depending on your category of income and origin, your tax liability varies. We accompany you to fill the forms and communicate with the tax office.

Health.

One of the first pieces of vital paperwork to have is the Carte Vitale, the little green card that give you access to the French social security and coverage for health expenses.

This procedure seems very easy at first, but it can be full of obstacles! This is why we are here to help you deal with CPAM (the French social security), and to provide the documents they require.

Then getting a “complémentaire santé” (top-up insurance) is probably a good idea as it covers the amounts not covered by the CPAM. We can help you getting quotes as we work with an insurance broker.
